Who we are

Perkel is a construction technology firm specialising in Building Information Modeling. Founded in 2019, our team brings years of construction industry experience to every model we build.

We work from offices in Dubai, Ajman and Cairo on administrative, commercial and residential buildings and infrastructure, from the smallest infrastructure job to the largest high‑rise. Our turnkey service coordinates every discipline so each project stays on track.

We run a quality management system certified to ISO 19650‑1 and 19650‑2, the international standard for managing information across a building’s life cycle.
